  2. I really like the way that she describes poetry and literature as well. She says that children are the best poets in the world because their approach is so fresh. I also completely agree with her about the importance of imagination. It's much better than watching a movie because in a movie, the picture is already put into your head.

  3. Poo.

I mean I like her views that children are great poets. They're/we're young so haven't experienced much but give a fresh insight to what we do experience. Also, they're full of imagination so they add great imagery to text. Also, movies give a set image, but with imagination, you can alter it as you wish. I think this is good.

  4. I'm glad someone of her standing in poetic culture has a positive view of children's/adolescent's approach to literature, rather than dismissing us a generation with no care for it. Her views that our poetry is the most free (and perhaps most honest) due to our complete lack of inhibitions regarding emotion intrigue me, and I must say I agree.

  5. I like the way she says that children are the best poets because they see the world in a fresh, new way and they are a perfect symbol for innocence.
I also like the fact that she says that poems let you experiment with the picture whereas movies just put it into your head.
I'm glad some poets actually do value children simply because they just tell it as it is.
